Panda is what is known as a "phantom" poodle because of his coloring. His foster reports that he is a very well behaved gentleman. He is shy at first (shy not timid). It takes him a bit time to warm up, but then he’s a "love monkey". He is crate trained and potty trained. He’s doing well with the other dogs he lives with (all little) and when he and his new buddy, Pudge, are playing and he gets really excited he does these really cute little pirouettes. Having been dumped at a city shelter, he just needs some time to gain his confidence back. Really wants a loving and devoted home and will be a loyal friend in return.
