5 year old Frosty came into our program at the end of December after being dumped by his family in a high kill city shelter. This little guy was so warm and friendly, and immediately settled himself in as a fixture in his foster home. It will never make sense to me how people can leave their good friends in shelters. After a good haircut, Frosty was good to go. Thanks to fosterhome Sandie, the Maltese Queen, for keeping him safe until he picked his family.

He was adopted last Friday by a wonderful couple that have a 2 year old Maltese, Mac. Frosty is on the left in the picture, Mac is on the right. I spoke with new mom, Ashley, this evening and she said this is a match made in heaven and is so much more than they ever imagined. Mac has totally warmed up to sharing his home, toys and humans, and the boys are already inseparable.
