Jules is one of the illustrious Shopping Bag Six, a band of pups who were being toted around in a shopping bag in 100+ degree weather by a young boy who hoped to sell them when they crossed paths with an Animal Rescue of Texas volunteer who saved the day.

Jules is the coolest member of The Shopping Bag Six. He is laid back and calm. He loves running and hopping but not as much as he loves chilling out nd taking a nap by your feet. He loves people but is also curious and a little independent, sometimes he likes to wander around the yard and check things out. Jules was the runt of the litter but he’s caught up with his smaller sisters size wise. He’s also the only brindle of the bunch.

Our process for adopting puppies is a little different from adopting an adult dog: 1). Your application and home visit must be completed before final approval for adopting a puppy (including meeting the puppies). At the home visit we will check if your fence is secure, help you identify anything that may entice puppy curiosity/chewing, etc. 2). Your contract will include a special provision that you will agree to take your puppy to Puppy Obedience Training within 30 days of adoption. IF YOU CAN NOT COMMIT TO THIS PROCESS, please do not apply for a puppy. There are NO exceptions. We do this to ensure our puppies STAY in their forever homes.
