I HAVE AN ADOPTION PENDING!!!

Cy is a confident little puppy who is curious about the world. Little in age, but not in stature, he loves to play with the big dogs and acts like a typical little brother with his foster siblings. He’s been great with people and is very friendly to both kids and adults. He is a quiet guy and listens well, he already knows how to sit and we are working on lay down and shake. He only barks when left in his crate alone, but settles down fairly quickly. He stays off the furniture and is happy to just be in the same room and relax with you. He likes to take walks and walks beside you on a leash. Cy is fascinated by squirrels, likes to chase the leaves blowing in the wind and loves to roll in the grass and just be a puppy. He's working on his house manners and potty training and seems to be learning quickly. Cy is goofy and has a ton of personality, he will definitely put a smile on your face.

Please remember that Cy IS a young puppy and he will need lots of positive guidance and patience.

Our process for adopting puppies is a little different from adopting an adult dog: 1). Your application and home visit must be completed before final approval for adopting a puppy (including meeting the puppies). At the home visit we will check if your fence is secure, help you identify anything that may entice puppy curiousity/chewing, etc. 2). Your contract will include a special provision that you will agree to take your puppy to Puppy Obedience Training within 30 days of adoption. IF YOU CAN NOT COMMIT TO THIS PROCESS, please do not apply for a puppy. There are NO exceptions. We do this to ensure our puppies STAY in their forever homes.
