Earl is such a FUN dog and he's quite a character! He loves to play, and has a lot of energy to burn! He has learned a few simple commands such as sit, stay, up (upon which he stands on his back legs and gently touches his nose to your hand), and shake. HE is completed housetrained. YEAAA! We only crate him at night and when we're gone for a long period of time. He loves to cuddle in your lap even though his size might suggest that's not such a good idea! And he absolutely loves to be hugged.

Earl has been exposed to other dogs, cats, and young children. He has done very well with all of them. I know he will make an excellent companion for someone who can live up to his energy level. Not that he's overwhelming, but he's certainly not a dog who should be confined to a house with no room to run or an owner who isn't able to enjoy and encourage his playfullness.
