Frank is an Australian Cattle Dog mix pup about 9 mos old who had a really hard start in life. He was hit on a highway by a car about four months ago. The poor guy had a broken leg, knee, several toes, pelvis and hip. And to top it off, he was covered in fleas. He has since had surgery on to correct these breaks and everything has healed nicely. His right leg is stiff and may always be, but he doesn\'t seem to be bothered by it at all. With good nutrition Frank will continue to get around very well. Frank loves to play with other dogs and adores people. He has a BIG personality and lots of energy and is always in a good mood. He is your typical smart Heeler who needs physical and mental exercise to be happy. Since he is young, we think he is still too puppyish to live with small children right now but would probably do well with kids 7yo and older.
