My name's Sheriff and my Mom Cienna, a black wirehaired Dachshund mix (see picture below) was pulled from a high kill shelter in Dallas with my 5 siblings when we were teeny tiny. I'm now a big boy doing pretty great with my potty training. My foster mom says I have a really sweet nature and I love to play with my toys. I am a little shy still going out into the world, but learning really fast how fun it is to walk on a leash! I need a family that knows that puppies need structure, training, love and patience to become the best doggie ever! Due to being a little guy, Sheriff will not be adopted to families with children under the age of 6.
