Meet Miss Sissy.  This tiny lady has a huge personality.  She really should have been named "Sassy" because she loves to tell the other dogs in the home what to do.  She has quite a voice and let's everyone know she's the boss!  She's very loving with everyone and loves to be on your lap.  Her needs are simple.  Just give her a soft blanket to burrow under and she's quite happy.  Sissy would love to have another playful tiny dog to play with, but it's not a requirement.  Because of her tiny size, she's a bit too fragile for young children so an adult only home would be ideal.  Also, because she can be yappy, she may irritate the neighbors in an apartment home. 

Sissy is funny and smart.  She entertains her foster family with her antics.  She will make someone a fun, loving little companion.
