Jill came to us from DAS along with her buddy - Jack. She is about 2 years old and fairly small for her breed. She is a sweet and sassy little girl! She has relied so far in life on Jack so when she first came in, she went where Jack went. But she has been adjusting well and doing great by herself more and more. She has some separation anxiety, but nothing serious. She cries when the  foster mom leaves for work, but then settles down quite quickly. As her confidence builds she is doing better. But for this reason, she would do best in a family where she always has some company- human or canine. She loves to play and cuddle and soaks up all the attention she can get. She was severely matted when DAS got the pair so she was shaved down, but not very well we are afraid. But we can see she is such a beauty. She does not seem to not have been socialized a whole lot, so we are working with her on that. She just needs the right training and guidance. She is a great dog!  Because Jack and Jill are so bonded, we would like them to be adopted together.
