Petie, allegedly an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix, is a very sweet dog, eager to please and interact with his people. He is very smart. He is completely house-broken, and will even go where and when you tell him to! He is good with other dogs. Petie is crate-trained and will go into his crate on command- especially if you throw in a small treat! He sleeps calmly through the night in his crate. Petie is energetic and needs some work on being walked on a leash, as he will try to pull to explore. He is very responsive to commands of sit, down, stay, come, leave it, and no. Petie is not yet as responsive to off, and he likes to jump up and greet you. We are working on that. Petie has been vetted and neutered and the vet estimates him to be two to three years old.
