ADOPTED---Rita is a sweet little girl who weighs 12 lbs and is approximately one-year-old. She enjoys playing fetch, playing with her foster sibling and is fine with cats too. Rita, who is sometimes a bit shy when you first meet her, is a quiet happy-go-lucky girl who enjoys playing with toys that squeak. She loves cuddling up next to her foster parents at night to sleep. Rita is a fun, entertaining, and goofy girl with a lot of personality. Rita didn\'t always have life so good though. Rita was adopted by a family who was displaced first by Hurricane Katrina, then Hurricane Rita. At that time, the family chose to give Rita up to a local shelter where she was rescued. Rita is ready for a permanent loving home.\"\n\nAll of our animals are completely vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention.
