ADOPTED!!! Halsey is a young (only 18 mos old), beautiful female Corgi/Beagle mix weighing only 30 lbs. But Halsey\'s beauty is deeper than what you see on the surface as she faced many hardships before coming into our program. Her owners left her chained in their backyard and never looked at her twice. Finally the City of Dallas took her away from them but by then she was a skeleton and the chain that kept her tied was deeply embedded in her neck. But even with all the cruelty and abuse Halsey faced, it never dampened her soul. Today, she is a completely loving animal to all. She shares her foster home with two adults, two small children, three dogs and two cats. And now that her neck has now healed and she has gained some weight, she is looking for a place to call home. Halsey is completely housetrained and crate trained. She just wants to snuggle and have you help her play with her toys.
