Golden Retriever / Shepherd / Mixed (short coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Medium
Learn more about the Golden Retriever. My name is Corbitt. I am a Shepherd/Golden mix and I'm very smart and very well behaved. My foster mom found me along with my siblings living under an abandoned house. We were very lucky. She took us in and now I know what it feels like to be truly loved. She taught me many things too. I know how to sit, stay and lay down on command. I can also "shake"! I love to be loved and will sit at your feet and give you teddy bear eyes until you pet me. If you stop petting me, I may give you my paw as a request for more. I told you I was smart! I am curious about but very gentle around cats.
I will most likely be medium-sized when full grown and am already crate trained. But I really want to find a home of my own. For more information on this wonderful dog, please download our Adoption Application at www.animalrescueoftexas.org/info/adoption, complete and email to us at artadoptions@yahoo.com or fax to 214-276-7303. We strive to make FOREVER placements and the best matches for our animals AND the families searching for a lifetime companion. All of our animals are completely vetted which includes vaccinations, worming, they are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventative before adoption. Please note that we do not adopt puppies to families with children younger than five years old.
