Learn more about the Dachshund. I HAVE AN ADOPTION PENDING!!!! Say hello to Meghan! This young wire haired doxy mix is all that is sweet and oh so precious! Meghan loves to play and be close but is also a very independent spirit, so she likes to get the hugs and kisses but as long as she is close she doesn't need to be sitting on your lap. Meghan is bright and cheerful with a great playfulness. She gets along great with all of her foster brothers and sisters, is crate trained, and once on a schedule is potty trained. She is also learning to walk on her leash. Meghan would be great in any household situation, individual or family, with other pets or as an only pet.
